EzBiz Real Estate Chinese Course Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: July 1st 2026

Thank you for purchasing the EzBiz Real Estate Chinese Course (the “Course”), an online video-based educational program provided by Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd. Canada (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

​

Because this Course is a digital educational product delivered electronically, all purchases are subject to the following Refund & Exchange Policy.

1. Digital Course Purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Course consists of digital video content and related educational materials;

  • Access to the Course is provided electronically after payment confirmation;

  • Due to the nature of digital content, access to the Course cannot be returned once it has been delivered or activated.

2. Cancellation Before Course Delivery

If you change your mind after completing payment but before the Course access has been delivered, you may request cancellation by sending a written notice to our official email address hello@veelic.com at least 72 hours before the scheduled Course delivery time.

Upon receiving a valid cancellation request within the required timeframe, we will issue a refund of 80% of the total amount paid.

​

The remaining 20% will be retained to cover administrative processing, payment processing fees, and preparation costs associated with course enrollment.

3. No Refund After Course Delivery

Once Course access has been delivered, activated, or made available to you:

  • No refunds will be provided;

  • No exchanges, transfers, or substitutions will be permitted;

  • Failure to watch, complete, or use the Course does not qualify for a refund.

By purchasing the Course, you expressly acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately after access is provided and that you waive any right to request a refund after delivery, except where required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where required by applicable laws or where exceptional circumstances occur.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable Canadian provincial or federal laws.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Copyright Policy
& Digital Content Protection

1. Ownership of Course Materials

All Course content, including but not limited to:

  • Video lessons;

  • Audio recordings;

  • Presentations;

  • Course notes;

  • Written materials;

  • Graphics;

  • Logos;

  • Teaching methods;

  • Training resources;

  • Other digital materials provided as part of the Course;

are the exclusive intellectual property of Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd.,Canada and are protected under applicable Canadian copyright laws and international intellectual property laws.

All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights remain solely owned by Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd.,Canada unless otherwise stated.

2. Limited Personal Use License

Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials solely for your own personal educational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any Course materials to you.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

  • Download, copy, reproduce, record, capture, or store Course videos or materials;

  • Share, forward, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer Course access to any other person;

  • Upload Course content to any website, social media platform, cloud storage service, or public/private sharing platform;

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, or create derivative works from Course materials;

  • Use Course materials for commercial training, teaching, resale, or business purposes without prior written permission from Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd., Canada.

4. Account and Access Protection

Course access is provided exclusively to the registered purchaser.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and must not share your login credentials with any third party.

Any unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of Course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights

Unauthorized use, copying, recording, distribution, or disclosure of Course materials may constitute copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and other remedies available under applicable Canadian laws.

Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd., Canada reserves all rights to protect its intellectual property and enforce its copyright ownership.

Agreement and Acceptance

By purchasing the EzBiz Real Estate Chinese Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Exchange Policy and Copyright Policy.

You acknowledge that:

  1. The Course is a digital product;

  2. Course access becomes non-refundable once delivered;

  3. Course materials are protected intellectual property owned by Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd., Canada;

  4. You will use the Course only for your personal educational purposes and will not copy, distribute, or share any Course content.

 

I confirm that I have read and agree to the EzBiz Real Estate Chinese Course Refund & Exchange Policy and Copyright Policy. I understand that this is a digital online course, refunds are only available before course delivery according to the stated policy, and all course materials are protected intellectual property of Veelic @ 10H Plus Products Ltd., Canada.
